Homebuyers: name, phone, email, target ZIP codes, budget, property type preferences, and messages you send to agents.

Lenders: name, company, NMLS ID, email, phone, service area ZIP codes, and billing information processed by Stripe.

Agents: name, brokerage, real estate license ID, license state, email, phone, and property descriptions you submit.

Reviewers: name, email, star rating, and comments submitted through a lender's review link.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information to operate the Platform: matching homebuyers with relevant listings and lenders, enabling messaging, processing subscription payments, sending account-related emails, and maintaining Platform security.

3. How Buyer Anonymity Works

A homebuyer's real name, phone, and email are stored securely and are not made available to agents or lenders by default. These access rules are enforced at the database level as a deliberate security measure.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the Platform: Supabase, Stripe, Resend, and Vercel.

5. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use minimal cookies necessary to keep you logged in and operate core site functionality. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission and database-level access rules. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legitimate business or legal purposes.

8. Your Rights & Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@sellona.com.

9. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
